DEATH THREATS, EXTORTION, ALLEGATIONS AGAINST SHINING

This is the most shocking statement I have ever had to make in all of the years I have worked in the music industry.

I have worked very closely with Niklas Kvarforth for some time on Shining, Shining Legions Europe, Shining Legions USA, and all related project’s of his within the past couple of years.

Throughout my personal and professional relationship with Niklas Kvarforth, I have witnessed none of the things he is being accused of. I have never seen him steal any amount of money (though I have seen the opposite as money was stolen from him and the band by a former employee during my time at Shining Legions). I have never personally witnessed him beating/stabbing/physically harming any woman in my presence, and in my opinion… he is the furthest thing he could be from a pedophile. 

 

What I have seen personally are numerous disgruntled ex employees and ex band members and ex girlfriends and so on, wanting to see Kvarforth suffer for their own emotional benefit. But there is one individual that stands out in particular…

 

Immediately upon my starting work with Shining, I started being harassed non-stop by a certain Mr. Markus Roedl, along with a team of “other people”. 

 

Mr. Roedl proceeded to extort me for money, all the while pretending to be several different "Russian Hackers" and “Kill for Hire” men as well. The extortions came from Markus, while the death threats came from the "Russian Hackers” and members of the “KillNet” community. From day one I could tell that all the emails and messages were all coming from the same IP address, and thus were all written by Markus himself obviously. If this is not disappointing enough,  I played along in hopes that he would become friends again with Niklas, as this friendship was a meaningful one to Niklas. Sadly, money and harming Niklas mentally were the only goals of Mr. Roedl, who went through great lengths to pretend to be an entire international army against Niklas, even at times fighting his different selves, to make it look like some of his characters were on my side, in order to gain screenshots and personal information from me. If it weren't for Kvarforth's mental health situation, I would've sued, publicly outed, and pressed charges on this individual immediately. But time has shown that this won't get better, and only will worsen until the dreaded steps on my part are to be taken. 

 

It wasn’t just the death threats, extortion, pictures of corpses, messages telling me to kill myself, messages containing personal information about myself that should be private, and more that were harming me daily, there were intricately lies made about our finances, which were so intricately composed that after awhile I began to wonder if the claims of financial fraud were true. 

 

It wasn’t until I did my own research into the financial situations closely that I could see they were not built upon any truth. Our books can show that, unlike Roedl’s demands for money for “lawyer fees’, (of which he won’t even send us an invoice for). It was just clear straight up “send the money or I will tell your secrets and also make some stuff up about you, and get you in trouble… I’ll get the public to hate you, I’ll put you in jail, etc.”. To me, the most disgusting aspect of this all was that in the beginning, I was just trying to make Roedl and Kvarforth be friendly with one another again, and nothing more. But this was used against both myself and Kvarforth as leverage to keep us in this sick game.

 

I also began receiving several screenshots that were obviously fabricated. This even included simulated chats with people I “went to high school” with and more. It was unbelievably obsessive, and probably the worst case of stalking I have ever seen personally. 

 

The truth is that Roedl has been extorting me for over a year, saying that if I don’t pay him money, he will make public Kvarforth and my secrets; real or not. My opinion is that I have no secrets worth being extorted over, and this needs to stop if we want to continue to conduct business within Shining and other Kvarforth related projects. My opinion from what I have seen is that Kvarforth also does not have any secrets worth being extorted over.  If we did, surely Roedl, as a lawyer would have simply taken us to court and the team of online anti-Kvarforth workers would have just sued us or sent reports to the police. They have done nothing of the sort, because the simple fact is that they can only just bully us into giving them money and only just bully us into fearing that we may be “canceled” or outed publically, or sent to jail if secrets leak, BECAUSE that’s all they have over us!

 

Many people over the years have hated Kvarforth and tried to take him down, but they have all failed. Personally, I see this year’s efforts of the anti-Shining crowd as no different. I paid Roedl a sum of money because he made me afraid in the beginning for our entire Legion that is Shining and more (I’m not a veteran of being extorted for cash over an artist I work with, I must admit) but in the end, I believe that the truth will set us free so today I begin with sharing with everyone and all the entire truth.

 

I invite everyone who has been harassing us at the Shining team to end this now, because I personally will no longer be blackmailed without a fight, and I have nothing to hide. I also have nothing bad to say about Kvarforth, and I invite everyone who has been doing this to make public their worst.  Any screenshots of me speaking against Kvarforth are either fabricated or myself agreeing with Roedl to try to keep him at bay when I feared that they would affect our business, probation situations, the band, or Kvarforth’s mental wellness. 

 

At the end of the day, I can say here now without a shadow of a doubt, I unequivocally state that I have only ever seen Kvarforth around me act in a professional and legal manner, and have never witnessed even one single event of what he has been accused of by these people who in turn, in my opinion, should be legally reprimanded for what they have been doing. 

 

I challenge anyone to publicly leak any chat, whether concocted via photoshop or not public, and I will personally take the time to reply when I can as to the validity of the contents of it.
